To qualify, items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. Once approved, you will receive instructions on returning the item. Upon receiving and inspecting the item, we will promptly process your exchange. If the desired item is unavailable, you can select another item of equal value or receive store credit for future purchases.
